A Transitional blue and white double-gourd shaped bottle, with the upper bulb formed into a pear-shaped vase with narrow neck, a globular lower bulb and a foot ring. The base is glazed with a four-charactar Chongzheng mark in a double ring. The lower bulb shows a landscape with trees and mountains in the foreground and background, a temple and a boat on the sea. Around the neck the vase is decorated with another landscape (the same subject of the lower part) and a band of zigzags geometrical decoration at the top and at the bottom of the scene. (1413353)
